Ralph Bingham
Local Devon born artists Ralph Bingham mainly draws his inspiration from the dramatic coastline and scenery of East Devon.
Travelling extensively as an engineer took him to far flung places including a spell working offshore on North Sea oil rigs, where he experienced first hand the dramatic power of the sea. Many of his atmospheric seascape paintings draw on that experience and although he does cover a wide range of other subjects, his passion is seascapes.
